eChalk and Edlio: Better Together!
We have exciting news: eChalk is now part of the Edlio family! With this new initiative, the eChalk platform isn’t going away—it will continue to get even better. We remain committed to providing the same great service and product innovation you’ve come to expect from the eChalk team.
eChalk and Edlio actually share similar histories. We both started out in Lower Manhattan over 20 years ago as pioneers of school website and communication technology. Today, we are aligned in our commitment to serving clients and making websites accessible to all. All of us at eChalk are thrilled to be part of a larger team that shares our mission, values and vision for the future.
What Our Customers Can Expect
The eChalk CMS, along with eChalk GUIDE and eChalk Notify, will continue to be supported and enhanced as we move forward. If you are a current eChalk customer, you will continue to interact with the eChalk team and use your existing eChalk products. And we’re still adding new features—like our new video headers (released last month) and video content blocks (coming soon!).
What this does mean for you, long term, is that eChalk now has access to more resources for product development, technical support and customer service. As part of the larger Edlio team, we will be able to tap into additional expertise, manpower (and womanpower) and development resources so we can serve more customers and accelerate product innovation.
Looking to the Future
This partnership is still in early stages, and plans for both the Edlio and eChalk products and services will continue to evolve in coming months and years. While it is too early to say exactly what that will look like, eChalk customers can expect to see exciting new capabilities on the eChalk platform in the future. We are working together to create the best school website CMS, accessibility and communication tools for the K-12 community.
What we can promise is this: we will continue to provide innovative tools for website accessibility, home-school communication, emergency alerts and more on the eChalk platform, backed by exceptional personal service.
