  • The eChalk Help Center gives all eChalk users 24/7 access to our online library of video tutorials and help articles, so you can help yourself whenever you have a question.
  • Basic support, included in your CMS subscription, provides unlimited phone and email support during regular eChalk support hours for all district and school Super Users. Have an off-hours emergency? Super Users can contact us anytime to resolve critical issues.
  • Enhanced Support extends unlimited helpdesk phone and email support for all licensed site users—including students, teachers, parents—during regular eChalk support hours.
