Board of Directors

Ryan leads and manages growth-stage investments within the information services, interactive marketing and digital media industry segments for Edison Venture Fund. He brings experience in finance, business strategy, sales, marketing and capital formation. As a Principal, he directs Edison’s New York regional team and helped complete investments in over a dozen emerging companies totaling over $75M invested capital. He also serves as a Director for Operative, TheInfoPro, and Cadient (Observer). He served as Board Observer for CyberShift, TetraData (acquired by Follett Software) and Giant Realm (acquired by Burst Media). He is passionate about improving the lives of others through innovative technology and helping to support entrepreneurs build world-class companies. Ryan is an active member in many educational, entrepreneurial and venture organizations in the Mid-Atlantic region.  

He holds BS and BA degrees from Bucknell University.
