What are the main reasons you chose eChalk over other products/services?
I liked that we could have class pages, use it as a tool for collaboration and still have parent student access.

The tech support is the greatest. I like the group pages and the ability to host files.

Tell us about your experience(s) with eChalk client services, project management, technical support and/or training.
Our tech support has been great. We would not have been able to do all that we have done without it. We recently changed our homepage layout, this was through a series of emails and meeting with Megan White, our client services manager. She knows our school and really puts our vision into reality.
Would you recommend eChalk to another school/district?
I have recommended it for parent engagement and staff accountability. Staff must list their syllabus as well as due dates on the calendar. It also helps students get used to what they will encounter in college around class blogs, etc.
What’s your biggest frustration with technology these days?
The ‘slowness’ of the applications and too many steps within a program.
On average, how many hours do you spend on a computer each day?
Approximately 8-10 hours which is totally ridiculous, but…
