That's why we partner the schools and districts we serve with an experienced and dedicated eChalk Client Manager who works with you to set up, maintain, support and grow your eChalk system. Our Client Services team members apply their experiences as technology directors, educators and parents to meet the needs of all members of your school community and ease the strain on your team.

Your Trusted Partner

In addition to access to our team of live technical support specialists and our online support center, your Client Manager is the one person who knows your school or district inside and out and is there to provide customized and timely assistance. Your Client Manager is your day-to-day resource for questions, issues and ideas and a virtual extension of your team.

Project Management

Your Client Manager works with you to create and execute a project plan for your school or district to ensure that eChalk is implemented to meet and further your goals and objectives. Your project plan may include strategies and a timeline for actively engaging personnel across your school system in system maintenance and use, as well as strategies to utilize eChalk for district technology or curriculum initiatives. Project management includes periodic status meetings and phone conversations with your Client Manager to ensure that you get the most out of eChalk. Additionally, your Client Manager will provide one-on-one outreach and support to each eChalk school in your district.

Data Management

We provide you with a variety of low maintenance and secure data transfer methods to keep the educator, student and class information that populates your eChalk system up to date. Your Client Manager will help you determine the best way to transfer data from external existing sources into your eChalk system. Clients may load and update educator and student user data from their backend systems into eChalk up to 12 times per year with Essential Support. Advanced and automated data integration services are available for a nominal fee.

Content Management

How do you best organize all that information? Calendar events, academic program and class requirements, college scholarship resources, parent forms—oh my! Your Client Manager will help you generate ideas and share best practices to put the information your community needs at the fingertips of your students, teachers, parents and school leaders.
